1) Fill out the appropriate Service Agreement for your area
2) Upload your Photo ID and select finish.
3) Wait for your welcome email from our office with your account information and payment options to pay the startup fees.
4) All fees required for service are due at the time of opening service.
*Initial startup fees can be paid in office by (check, cash, money order, debit/credit card), left in our night drop, by phone at 972-784-1163 or online at www.copevillewater.com through the customer portal using the account number given after service has been setup. All debit/credit card payments are subject to a processing fee paid to PayStar.
